Smarthorse Software fully complies with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR). We are committed to protecting your personal data and processing it transparently, fairly and lawfully.

The controller of personal data is CHAIN REPUBLIK S.R.L. (Trade Register No. J23/2780/2018, tax identification number 39497640), a company registered in Romania, which manages the smarthorse.app website and the "Smarthorse Software" brand.
